&lt;p&gt;Aaron is a Sales Executive on the employee benefits team at the HUB. Aaron develops business relationships and provides professional advice regarding benefit plan designs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Aaron enjoys working at HUB because his goals align with ours—to put clients’ needs first. Aaron is a member of the NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors—Sioux Falls) and Sioux Falls Connections. His hard work has earned him several awards, including the Pacesetter Award, the Club inductee, and Agent of the Month. Most recently, Aaron was awarded the 2017 John Carlson Award for excellence in service.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;Tim Heerts has a Bachelor of Arts in Education degree from Central College of Iowa, and earned his Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Sioux Falls Seminary.&amp;nbsp; He has been in the counseling field for over 35 years, with over 25 years specializing in the EAP field.&amp;nbsp; He has worked extensively counseling individuals in the areas of mental health and family therapy.&amp;nbsp; He is a DOT-Qualified Substance Abuse Professional.&amp;nbsp; Tim began employment at Avera EAP in 2015. He has many years of experience in consulting and coaching supervisors and business leaders in dealing with difficult issues that affect the workplace.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
