Join us for our VIRTUAL May 2020 Sioux Empire SHRM chapter meeting and HR educational opportunity.

The Human Impact of COVID-19: How Can Human Resources Respond and Support?

As our workforce continues to deal with fall-out from COVID-19, we can all use some practical advice on how to respond as HR professionals to the myriad of issues our employees and managers will face:  Working from home; managing kids and families; returning to work; income issues; grief and loss; etc.  Join us virtually as Paul Ritter shares his insights into these important topics.

Paul has conducted over 450 training sessions in various business and conference settings in the last 25 years.  He has been a licensed counselor for 25 years using those skills in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He has over 10 years of management experience that encompasses managing a residential facility and a counseling clinic.

Paul is the owner of Paul Ritter Counseling and Training, LLC and focuses his efforts on counseling couples and individuals, onsite employee assistance programming and conducting mental health, communication and management training for corporations.

This event is free for members and $20 for non-members.

This activity is approved for 1.00 hours of SHRM and HRCI General continuing education credits.
