Important Data Points that Drive Successful Hiring! Presented by Scott Peterson, CEO of HIRECLICK.

Scott has been involved in recruitment advertising and technology for over 20 years. He served as the Online Director at the Argus Leader for six years prior to co-founding Classified Verticals in 2005. His team, in partnership with local television stations, launched and still manage several local job boards in the upper midwest, including KELOLAND Employment.  In 2017, he also co-founded HIRECLICK, which offers a turn-key hiring solution and applicant tracking system to over 2500 small to midsized employers.

Our companies and products have engaged with over 7500 regional employers since 2007. Our focus has been on helping these clients reach prospective jobseekers and generate sufficient applicant flow.  This exposure has given us a unique understanding and perspective on the tactics and processes required to succeed in a hyper-competitive local hiring landscape.  The presentation will run through a series of relevant statistics that help employers to shape and optimize their digital hiring footprint. I’ll communicate the data points for employers to consider in their efforts to better reach, engage, and convert local jobseekers.

Monthly chapter meetings and HR educational presentations are free for members and $20 for non-members.
