Succession Planning & Talent Retention
Join us for the SESHRM Spring Conference on March 15th!
Our keynote speaker is Jennifer McClure, CEO of Unbridled Talent LLC & DisruptHR LLC. Jennifer will share how successful organizations leverage succession planning to create employee engagement and increase retention. Talent shortages, strained resources, and competing priorities continue to challenge organizations to reshape how they approach workforce planning for the future. Whether preparing for the next CEO or safeguarding the transfer of institutional knowledge from long-term team members, a strategic approach to succession planning provides smooth transitions for key positions and helps to retain top talent!
Our afternoon presenter is Ali Payne, President of Organizational Engagement/Shareholder of ethOs. Ali will discuss how top organizations are successfully managing workforce challenges by rethinking the total rewards mindset and how to realign those strategies with talent needs and wants. She'll also share where the People and Culture function best fits in an organization and how to develop a new and different employee experience through demographic understanding.
We are offering both in-person and simultaneous virtual attendance options (Zoom link will be sent to virtual attendees by separate email shortly before the event).
