Networking can mean a lot of different things. Whether you are having a one on one with a potential new client/ hire or trying to navigate a conference with hundreds of industry attendees, everyone is always networking. Moving in and out of conversations can be a delicate dance. Some days can feel as smooth as a well-rehearsed salsa dance, very fluid and comfortable. Some days it is like dancing with two left feet. Then there are times when we find ourselves with your foot in your mouth. Learning to navigate the networking dance does not have to be scary, Kathleen Juffer will review some tips and trick of how to navigate the networking dance.
Kathleen is the Sales Coordinator at Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance company of Iowa (FMH). She has her MBA from the University of South Dakota. She has been with FMH for almost 3 years.
