June 2023 Chapter Meeting: Legal Update from Woods Fuller (sponsored by VOLT)

David Kroon, Managing Director and Attorney from Woods Fuller will provide us with employment related Federal and State Law updates!  

Since joining Woods Fuller law firm in 1987, David’s general business practice has focused on clients with employment law or health law issues. As an experienced employment law attorney, he advises clients in state and federal labor law compliance, employee benefits, and ERISA. David consults with a variety of health care facilities on federal and state regulations, contract negotiations, licensing and credentialing, and fraud and abuse matters. He represents several major area manufacturers and medical clinics.

David has been repeatedly recognized for his work, including recognition from “The Best Lawyers in America”, “Super Lawyers”, “Chambers USA”, and as a winner of the “Best Lawyers Sioux Falls Health Care Lawyer of the Year”.

Active in several legal associations, David is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section for the American Bar Association, and the American Health Care Lawyers Association.  Since 2014 David has also been the Managing Partner at Woods Fuller.
