November 2023 Chapter Meeting: The Role of HR in a Healthy Business Culture

Nathan Schock, Co-Founder of FiveFour, works with a wide range of businesses across the country. He helps them define and maintain the kind of healthy business culture that sustains growth.  He has developed a series of tools and mindset frameworks that help business leaders to grow their businesses by growing their people.

In this monthly meeting, Nathan helps us take the lead role in solving the issue of obtaining, training, and retaining qualified applicants by uniting the disjointed hiring and retention activities of a company into a coherent employee journey.
