February 2024 Chapter Meeting: Leveraging the Power of Emotional Intelligence by Julie Younkin

Join us in February as Julie Younkin teaches on how to leverage emotional intelligence (EQ).  Julie will begin by defining and decoding what EQ is and the four skills of EQ.  She will then dive deeper into how we can tie these skills into leadership competency and how to measure the return in our businesses.

Julie Younkin is an experience business consultant and trainer focusing on leadership development.  She provides learning and development solutions that span from communication strategies to leading through change to training first time managers.  She holds certifications in behavior analysis, emotional intelligence, and performance coaching.  Julie has spent 20 years in various leadership roles in the high-tech and financial sectors where she has led teams in sales, customer service, and operations.
