Navigating Diverse Views at Work

Join us for an interactive session to explore and practice skills and behaviors that will equip them to effectively navigate diverse views at work.

Attendees will benefit from learning objectives, including, 

  • Understand current challenges, dynamics, and changing demographics that influence diverse views in the workplace.
  • Explore skills, behaviors, and best practices to navigate diverse views more effectively in the workplace with dignity and respect.
  • Discern how and when to use intentional communication to navigate diverse views at both organizational and interpersonal levels.

About the presenter: 

Faith Minnich Kjesbo, MAMFT, NDCCDP, is the Manager of Formation and Cultural Competence, Avera Mission Services.  

Faith Minnich Kjesbo joined Avera in 2019 and currently serves as Manager of Formation and Cultural Competence at Avera, leading and promoting a culture of learning, development and belonging that is founded in and reflective of Avera’s Catholic identity, mission, and values.

Faith is a trained systems therapist who is passionate about holistic organizational and personal development, focused on creating safe and brave spaces and  opportunities for learning, growth, and transformation.

Faith is certified in Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) and Everything DiSC Workplace®, is a National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional, and serves on the Board and as Chair of the Education Committee of Pathways to Inclusive & Equitable Workplaces. She and her partner, Jordan, and their children Hazel and Henry, live in Sioux Falls, SD.

Monthly chapter meetings and HR educational presentations are free for members and $30 for non-members.

We submit our events for consideration as pre-approved continuing educational credits from SHRM and HRCI (General or Business) when eligible.
