Navigating Difficult Conversations
Join us for the SESHRM Spring Conference on March 11.
Whether in our workplace or at home, we encounter conversations that are difficult to navigate. These challenging conversations impact our relationships, employee engagement, retention and organizational culture. - Identify the consequences of conflict and the impact to an organization’s culture and effectiveness.
