    In the 2023 SESHRM Chapter Experience Survey, coaching was voted in the top three of topics our members would like to hear more about! Join us in April as Jackie Payne brings coaching to SESHRM. This session will provide an overview of the FranklinCovey approach to coaching effectively and will provide a set of mindsets, toolsets, and skillsets that - when implemented intentionally - will unleash greater potential in others.


    Jackie Payne has genuine enthusiasm for driving behavior change and over 25 years in executive relationship management. She currently serves as a Client Partner for FranklinCovey, which is a Global Company specializing in Organizational Performance Improvement and Leadership Development.  Jackie helps corporations and organizations drive business results by implementing lasting changes in human behavior.  Jackie has presented on a wide variety of topics for multiple professional development organizations over the years. She is also certified to facilitate the PACE Palette Personality Profile. She and her husband Tory are parents of 4 busy boys and are long-time members of the Sioux Falls community.
